05 / Guided production
Your team handles the visit. Ours handles the presentation.
You do not need to write an article, design a post or build a page. We organize your materials into a presentation that you validate before publication, in Brazilian Portuguese for Brazilian travelers.
01
Choose and purchase
Select the actual annual visitor band and review the package and terms before payment.
02
Send it. We create it.
Share complete information and photos you are authorized to use. Our team writes, edits and assembles every deliverable.
03
Approve it. We publish it.
Up to 2 revision rounds to refine the presentation. After your approval, we handle the profile, advertorial and social content on both channels.
10 business days
Delivery within 10 business days after confirmed payment, receipt of all complete materials and partner approval. Up to 2 revision rounds are included; additional revisions or scope changes require a new agreement.
Before you start
Clear from the very first choice.
The terms that matter when making a confident purchase.
How do I choose the visitor band?+
Use your operation’s own annual visitor count and provide the period and source. Bands have distinct boundaries: up to 25,000; more than 25,000 up to 50,000; more than 50,000 up to 100,000; more than 100,000 up to 250,000; more than 250,000 up to 500,000; more than 500,000 up to 750,000; more than 750,000 up to 1 million; and above 1 million. If you do not have the data, contact our team before purchasing rather than estimating a band. This is not Viajar’s audience or a forecast of campaign-generated visits.
How do the 24 months work?+
You purchase a 12-month annual plan and receive 12 launch bonus months at no additional cost. That means 24 months of presence from profile activation. The displayed price is the annual total in USD; it is not a monthly fee or subscription, and there is no automatic renewal or charge.
Does the package change across the eight bands?+
No. All include 1 premium sponsored profile, 1 advertorial and 1 social content item adapted and published on Instagram and Facebook, produced by our team with up to 2 revision rounds. These are one-time, not monthly, deliverables. The parks and attractions package does not include newsletter placement.
In what language is the content produced?+
Your business profile, advertorial and social content are produced in Brazilian Portuguese for Brazilian travelers. This English sales page and USD checkout do not change the language or audience of the contracted deliverables. Published reference profiles and destination guides are also in Brazilian Portuguese.
Who produces the content, and when will I receive it?+
The Viajar team handles writing, editing, assembly and publication. You provide complete information and images you are authorized to use, then approve the content. Delivery is within 10 business days after confirmed payment, receipt of complete materials and partner approval. Up to 2 revision rounds are included.
Does Viajar sell tickets or guarantee visitors?+
No. Viajar is an editorial portal. Tickets, prices, availability, access rules and customer service are handled directly by the operator. The plan guarantees the contracted deliverables, not ticket sales, visitors, reach, first position in Destinations or a Google ranking.
How does the profile connect to Things to do?+
The registered location connects the attraction to the relevant guides’ Things to do module, which is published in Brazilian Portuguese. The card links to the same dedicated page without duplicating the profile. Sponsored content is identified; purchasing the package does not replace an independent editorial assessment.
